摘  要:通过对温州大学学生体重指数的分析,研究各年级段的体重指数分布现状及其随年级变化的特点.研究表明:学生的体重指数总体处于良好状态,男生和女生的正常体重比例基本持平,平均达到79.8%,女生体重偏低比例高于男生,男生超重和肥胖比例高于女生.各年级段相比,低体重和超重比例保持相对稳定,肥胖率不高,但仍存在随年级升高而略微上升的变化趋势.三、四年级学生容易出现体重指数异常变化,其中男生低体重率降低,超重和肥胖人群增加;女生的变化与男生正好相反,低体重比例超过超重和肥胖比例.建议在高校体育教学中加强对大学生的体质健康教育,构建大学生体质健康的预警机制,对出现不良体重变化的学生可采取专门的手段和方法予以调控.The BMI (Body Mass Index) distribution and its characteristics in different grades were studied through analysis of the BMI of Wenzhou University students. Results showed that BMI of students in general is in good condition. The normal weight rates of male and female students are almost equivalent (both 79.8% in average). The low weight proportion of female students is greater than that of male students. The overweight and obesity proportions of male students are higher than that of female. The proportions of low weight and overweight remain relatively stable in different grades. Although obesity rate is not high, it still slightly increases with grade. Abnormal changes in BMI are easily appeared among the third and fourth grade students. The proportion of low weight male students is decreased, and proportion of overweight or obesity male students is increased. On the contrary, the proportion of low weight female students is greater than that of overweight or obesity female students. This paper suggests that the fitness health education of students should be strengthened in the higher educational institutions' physical education, the warning mechanisms for fitness health of students should be set up. Special means and methods should be taken to control the phenomenon of adverse changes in students' body weight.
