临床住院医师医学影像技能培训的方法与探讨

摘　　要：目的通过对临床住院医师影像技能规范化培训,提高临床医师诊治水平,更好地为患者服务。方法根据卫生部颁布的住院医师培训标准,放射医学包括普放、CT、MR I、DSA及介入,分为胸部、腹部、骨骼、中枢及介入五个学科组,收集其典型的诊断教学片,对临床住院医师进行分期、分级专门理论和实验的授课,定期进行系统读片技能考核。结果通过充分利用本校附属医院医学影像中心的资源,对受训的临床住院医师进行系统阅片,学员们对影像的理论知识、读片技能有明显提高,并能够合理地选择影像检查方法,把临床知识和影像表现紧密结合,熟练掌握常见病、多发病的影像诊断。结论临床住院医师影像技能规范化培训,能进一步提高住院医师的综合诊断水平。Objective Through standardized training of imaging skills for clinical residents, the level of clinical physicians＇ diagnosis and treatment and the level of services for patients would be improved. Methods According to resident training standards promulgated by the Ministry of Health, Radiology, including General Radiology, CT, MRI, DSA and lnterventional Radiology, can be divided into five groups, i. e. , Chest, Abdominal, Musculoskeletal System, Central Nervous System and Interventional radiology. The specialized training of stage and grade can be given for clinical physicians through the collection of typical diagnostic teaching films. The systematic imaging skill examination were given for trained residency. Results By leveraging the resource of our hospital medical imaging center, through systemic film-reading, the trained clinicians have improved significantly in the theoretical knowledge of the image and film-reading, can reasonable select the imaging methods, can closely combined the clinical knowledge with radiologic presentation, and have mastered imaging diagnosis of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases. Conclusion The diagnostic level of Clinical residency can be further improved through the standardized training of imaging skills.
