摘  要:通过对10只矮小型褐壳蛋鸡和10只正常型褐壳蛋鸡的解剖对比发现,矮小型的消化系统较发达,腺胃的相对重量比正常型鸡高17%,差异达到显著的水平(P<0.05),腺胃乳头的绝对数也大大高于正常型(74.1±10.4对54.4±9.5),多出36%(P<0.05%),肝脏、胰脏和肌胃的相对重量也略高于正常型,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。矮小型鸡的体重比正常型鸡低30%,背高低23%,身长短12%,肩宽窄10%,这些数据为今后矮小型鸡的鸡笼设计提供参考。矮小型鸡有较发达的胸肌,胸角角度比正常型鸡高18%,矮小型鸡的屠宰率也高于正常型鸡。Through anatomizing on 10 dwarf brown layers and 10 normal brown layers which were the control, we found that the dwarf have develop digestive system. Its relative weight of glandular stomach compared to body weight is 17% higher than the normal type (P<0. 05). The dwarf has 36% more glandular stomach teats than the normal type(74.1±10. 4 vs. 54. 4 ±9.5) (P<0.05) The relative weight of liver. trauma and gizzard of the dwarf are a little higher than the normal type(P> 0. 05). Compared to the normal type, Body weight of the dwarf is 30% lower, and the back high is 23% lower, and body length is 12% shorter, and shoulder wide is 10% narrower. These numbers are useful for the design of the dwarf layer cage. The dwarf has developed hreast because its hreast angle is 18% higher than the normal type. The dressing pertentage of the dwarf is higher than the normal type too.
