生大黄对重症颅脑损伤并发NPE患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察生大黄对重型颅脑损伤并发神经源性肺水肿(NPE)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法将38例颅脑损伤并发NPE患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组18例,两组均予常规综合治疗,治疗组另予生大黄粉鼻饲3 g/次,3次/d,疗程为7 d。分别于治疗前、治疗后1、4、7 d,检测患者血清中的TNF-α、IL-6。结果治疗后第20天,治疗组死亡5例,对照组死亡7例,两组比较,P<0.05。治疗后第4、7天,治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论生大黄粉鼻饲可降低重型颅脑损伤并发NPE患者血清中的TNF-α、IL-6水平。Objective To observe the influence of Rhubarb on TNF-a and IL-6 level of neurogenie pulmonary edema associated with severe cranioeerebral trauma patients. Methods 38 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 18 cases in control group were treated with routine combined therapy. 20 cases in treatment group were treated with Rhubarb extraly. The level of blood TNF-a and IL-6 in two groups were detected before treatment, one, four and seven days after treatment respectively. Results There was significant difference on the detection index between the two groups at the fourth and seventh days after treatment. Conclusion Rhubarb has protection action on neurogenic pulmonary edema associated with severe craniocerebral trauma patients by reducing blood TNF-a and IL-6.
