摘　　要：针对PETS网上报名系统的设计背景和现状进行了分析,根据系统的需求分析和整体设计,确定了系统的主要功能和体系结构。在功能实现中,按照考生管理、考点管理和考官管理3部分,详细论述了功能的逻辑流程和算法,对包括考生报名及信息管理、考点和考官的管理和对数据的分析统计等功能进行了实现。最后对可能遇到的多人访问并发问题,提出了使用负载均衡解决的方案。In this paper,the background and present situation of PETS online registration system is introduced.According to the analysis of the system and the overall design,the main function and the system structure are designed.The main flow and algorithm of the three parts,the examinee management,the examination spot management and the examination official management,are discussed in detail.The functions including examinee registers,information management,examination spot management,examination official management and,data analysis and statistics are realized.At last,the load balancing method is proposed to solve the probable multi-person concurrent access problem.
