摘 要:研究一种基于FPGA实现无刷直流电动机闭环调速的控制策略和系统设计方法,建立增量PID算法和SPWM调制FPGA IP核。通过分时复用技术,对SPWM调制模块进行优化,可在满足系统动态性能的前提下,大大节省系统资源。实验结果也证明了这种基于FPGA实现电机调速控制的策略和系统结构的有效与可行,其突出优点在于简化了控制系统外围电路,显著提高系统的可靠性。An FPGA-based control strategy and system design method for the brushless DC motor was proposed to achieve closed-loop speed control.The FPGA IP core for incremental PID and SPWM modulation was designed.Using time-multiplexing technology,the SPWM modulation module was optimized.And with this technology,system resources were greatly saved.Experimental results show that this FPGA-based motor speed control strategy and system architecture is effective and feasible.It proves that the external circuitry is simplified and that the real-time performance and reliability of this system are greatly improved.
