摘　　要：目的研究ｎｍ２３Ｈ１基因在子宫内膜癌中的表达，探讨其与子宫内膜癌临床各参数之间的相关性，了解ｎｍ２３Ｈ１基因对子宫内膜癌预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化染色链霉素亲合素生物素标记法（ＬＳＡＢ）检测子宫内膜癌６０例。结果ｎｍ２３Ｈ１基因在６０例子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率为５５．０％。ｎｍ２３Ｈ１基因在早期子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率为６５．９％，明显高于晚期的２５．０％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；在高、中、低分化癌中的阳性率分别为６６．７％、６３．６％、２９．４％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；１０例有淋巴结转移的子宫内膜癌中２例表达阳性，３７例无淋巴结转移的子宫内膜癌中２４例表达阳性，阳性率分别为２０．０％和６４．９％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ｎｍ２３Ｈ１基因表达阳性者生存率明显高于阴性者，５年生存率分别为９０．５％和５５．３％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论ｎｍ２３Ｈ１基因抑制子宫内膜癌发展及淋巴结转移，并与预后有关。Objective To study the expression of nm23H1 gene in endometrial carcinoma and its relationships between the clinicopathological parameter and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods The endometril specimens of 60 cases with endometrial carcinoma were studied retrospectively by immunohistochemical stainings. Results The positive expression rate of nm23H1gene in endometrial carcinoma was 55.0%(33/60). The positive rate of nm23H1 in early endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in advanced cases (65.9% and 25.0%, respectively, P<0.05). Positive rates in the well and moderately differentiated endometrial carcinoma were also higher than those of poorly differentiated (66.7%, 63.6%, 29.4%, P<0.05). 20.0% of the cases with and 64.9% of the cases without lymph node metastasis showed positive for nm23H1 (P<0.05). The expression of nm23H1 was not correlated with histological typemyometrial invasion estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor . The survival rate of patients with nm23H1 expression was significantly higher than that of patients without nm23H1expression. The 5year survival rate was 90.5% and 55.3% respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion nm23H1 gene may play a role in the inhibitory effect on the development and the lymph node metastasis of endometrial carcinoma , and may be related to be prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
