知识地图在机械产品设计中的研究与应用

摘　　要：随着各类信息系统的应用,制造企业逐渐暴露出设计知识"大爆炸"、知识管理混乱、重用困难等问题。为了解决上述问题,首先建立了表现知识体系和知识关联的知识地图,主要包括知识分类图、知识分布图、知识利用图和知识传递图四个组成部分,并阐述了各部分的构建方法和功能。其次,分析了知识地图在产品设计中的应用,起到了分享知识、推荐专家、评价知识、追溯渊源等重要作用。最后,基于国产PDM系统开发了知识地图的原型,验证了此方法的实用性。With the application of information systems,knowledge explosion,chaos of knowledge management,and difficulties of reuse was gradually revealed in manufacturing enterprises.To solve these problems,a knowledge map with expressions of knowledge system and knowledge association is established firstly.It is composed of knowledge classification map,knowledge distribution map,knowledge utilization map and knowledge transfer map,and their functions and constructing methods are described in detail.Secondly,the application of knowledge map in product design is analyzed,and it plays important roles in knowledge sharing,recommended experts,knowledge evaluating and origins tracing.Finally,a prototype is developed based on homemade PDM system,and it verifies the practicality of this method.
