摘　　要：壳聚糖是一种具有许多优良的特性且来源丰富的可再生绿色高分子材料。本文简要介绍了近几年来应用化学、物理和酶催化三种方法对壳聚糖的改性。同时介绍了壳聚糖及其衍生物作为生物调节剂、农药、化肥和果蔬保鲜剂等在农业上应用的研究进展。Chitosan is a kind of reproducible and green polymer material with various excellent qualities and abundant source.The main objective of the paper was to deptict methods of chemical,physical and enzymatic of chitosan to modify chitosan.Moreovre,the development of applications of chitosan and its derivatives in agricultural production were reviewed,such as plant growth regulator,pesticide,fertilizer and fresh-keeping of fruits and vegetables.
