摘 要:目的为调查尿碘水平,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定固体尿中碘的分析方法。方法样品经1%NH3.H2O溶解后直接用电感耦合等离子体质谱进行分析,测定过程中用耐高盐接口(Xi接口)、基体匹配和内标法消除非质谱干扰。结果方法的检出限小于0.00 5 mg/kg,精密度优于1.5%,回收率为97.6%(102%)结论该方法简单、快速和准确。Objective To investigate the concentration level of iodine in urine,a method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for the determination of iodine in solid urine was developed.Methods After dissolved by 1%NH3·H2O,the samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry using Xi interface,matrix matching and internal standardization to eliminate non-spectroscopic interference.Results The detection limit of the method was less than 0.005 mg/kg and its RSDs were higher than 1.5%,with the recoveries of 97.6%(102%).Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
