乳腺小肿瘤高频声像图特征及病理基础研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺小肿瘤超声图像特征及其病理基础。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的64例乳腺小肿瘤(≤2cm)高频二维超声征象及其病理组织学特征。结果肿块形态、毛刺、高回声晕、包膜、钙化在小乳腺癌组和乳腺纤维瘤组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);后方回声、纵横比及内部回声在小乳腺癌组与纤维腺瘤组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乳腺小肿瘤不同超声征象的病理基础不同。结论二维超声征象中毛刺、高回声晕、形态不规则、微小钙化是小乳腺癌的特征性征象,包膜是纤维腺瘤特征性征象。乳腺小肿瘤超声声像图表现与病理组织学密切相关。Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic feature and pathologic basis of small breast neoplasm.Methods The characteristic of high frequence ultrasonography and pathologic basis of 64 cases of small breast neoplasm（≤2 cm）,proved pathologically,were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were significant differences between breast fibroadenoma and small breast carcinoma regarding to the appearances of lesions including the irregular shape,spiculated margin,high-level echo halo,capsules and microcalcification（P〈0.05）,but the differences of the posteriorecho,internal echo and length-breadth ratio were not significant（P〉0.05）.The pathologic basis of different ultrasono-graphy appearances of small breast neoplasm were different.Conclusions In these gray-scale ultrasonography appear-ance,irregular shape,speculated margin,high-level echo halo,microcalcification were important features of the small breast neoplasm,capsules was important feature of breast fibroadenoma.High frequence ultrasonography appearance of breast neoplasm was related to pathologic characteristics and different ultrasonography features of small breast neoplasm have different pathologic characteristics.
