返城青年农民工动态走向研究——以辽宁省为例

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,农民工内部出现了代际的更替,青年农民工成为当代农民工的主体。返城青年农民工的动态走向主要分为两个方面:一是显性动态走向,包括从业行业、职业路径上的动态走向和逆行现象;二是隐性走向,包括返城青年农民工的心态,社会定位和角色定位。On entering the 21st century, the phenomenon of intergenerational turnover has arisen in the young peasant workers, who have become the main body of the contemporary peasant workers. The dynamic trend that young peasant workers return to the city can be divided into two aspects： One is the dominant dynamic trend, which includes industry practitioners, career path and retrograde phenomenon. Another is the recessive trend, which includes the mental attitude of the young peasant workers, social location and role orientation.
