摘　　要：目的：探讨ＣＴ和Ｘ线检查对喉癌的分型及分期。方法：３６例喉癌患者术前行喉镜、常规Ｘ线检查及ＣＴ扫描，将其临床及Ｘ线发现与手术及病理所见进行比较。结果：与手术病理所见进行比较，发现加用ＣＴ检查后使对喉癌术前分型及分期准确率明显提高。结论：对于术前喉癌分型及分期，ＣＴ检查较常规Ｘ线检查为佳，它能准确地显示肿瘤侵犯的范围并为手术提供有价值的信息。Objective: To expore the classification and staging of laryngeal carcinoma by CT and radiography. Methods: The clinic-radiographic data were compared with operation-pathology in 36 cases with laryngeal caroinoma which laryngoscope,radiography and CT scan were done. Results: CT examination was much better than conventional radiography for classification and staging of laryngeal carcinoma CT can accurately demonstrate the extent of invasion of tumors and can provide the valuable informations for operation.
