五味子及复方中药对实验性慢性心理应激下水上漂浮并高强度运动大鼠IL-1、IL-2、IL-6影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨五味子及复方中药对实验性慢性心理应激下水上漂浮并高强度运动大鼠白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)影响。方法将6周龄的SD雄性大鼠随机分为静息对照组(A组)、训练对照组(B组)、五味子组(C组)和复方五味子组(D组),每组10只。A组不接受任何刺激,在生理盐水灌胃1周后即进行取样。B、C、D组大鼠经过10 d递增负荷跑台训练,分别用生理盐水,五味子及复方中药灌胃1周后,进行模拟航渡及高强度运动,结束即刻取血,使用放免法测定IL-1、IL-2和IL-6。结果与A组相比,B组IL-1、IL-2水平有升高的趋势,IL-6水平有降低的趋势;与B组相比,C组IL-1、IL-2水平显著降低(P<0.05),IL-6水平变化不显著,D组IL-1、IL-2、IL-6水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论负性心理应激及大强度的运动训练使大鼠免疫功能紊乱,五味子及其复方制剂对免疫功能具有一定的调控作用,可增强大鼠的抗应激能力。Objective To explore the influence of schisandra on the function of interleukin-l,interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 in male rats underwent experimental navigation and strenuous exercise. Methods Forty sprague-dawley（SD） rats aged 6 weeks were randomly allocated into four groups,quiet group（group A）,stress control group（group B）,schisandra administration group（group C）,and Chinese medicine compound administration group（group D）.Groups B,C and D received ten days training before testing according to Benford＇s model of the great intensity endurance training.At the testing day,groups B,C and D underwent 180 min wearing float with psychological stress,then all three groups received 180 min running.Blood samples were obtained at the end of the study.The levels of interleukin-l,interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results As compared with group A,the levels of IL-1 and IL-2 in group B showed an increasing tendency,but the level of IL-6 in group B showed a decreasing tendency.As compared with group B,the levels of IL-1 and IL-2 in group C were significantly decreased（P0.05）,but the level of IL-6 in group C was not significantly changed（P0.05）.As compared with group B,the levels of IL-1,IL-2 and IL-6 in group D were significantly decreased（P0.05）. Conclusions Schisandra has the effect on adjusting serum levels of IL-1,IL-2 and IL-6.The results suggest that schisandra and Chinese medicine compound can regulate immune system and enhance rats＇ capacity of anti-stress.
