精神分裂症中医癫证证候标准第二轮专家咨询问卷分析  

Analysis of Second Round Expert Questionnaires About Traditional Chinese Medicine Criteria of Schizophrenic Syndromes

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症(癫证)常见中医证型的证候标准。方法根据第一轮专家咨询问卷结果设计第2轮问卷,向全国专家进行问卷征询,用专家咨询法进行统计分析。结果专家积极系数为89.7%;权威程度为0.776;在各证型中,符合均数>1.5,满分比>50%,变异系数<40%,等级和>90的证候指标痰气郁结证有7个;心脾两虚证共13个;肝郁气滞证共10个,阴虚火旺证共9个,痰湿内阻证共10个,肝郁脾虚证共9个,脾肾阳虚证共11个,肝火痰热证共10个。结论证候指标中具有上述条件者可作为精神分裂症(癫证)上述中医证型的主症。Objective To explore the common TCM criterions of schizophrenic syndromes（depressed psychosis）. Methods Second round expert questionnaires were designed according to the results of the first round,and 61 experts were consulted around the country.Delphi method was used for statistical analysis. Results The active coefficient of the experts was 89.7%.The authoritative grade of the experts was 0.776.Among the syndromes,the items whose came up to mean 1.5,full mark ratio 50%,coefficient of variation 40%,rank sum of the indexes 90,there were 7 cases with the syndrome of stagnation and phlegm retention of the hepatic-qi,13 cases with the syndrome of cardiosplenic asthenia,10 cases with the syndrome of hepatic-qi stagnation,9 cases with the syndrome of asthenic yin causing excessive pyrexia,10 cases with the syndrome of phlegm stagnation,9 cases with the syndrome of hepatic stagnation causing splenic deficiency, 11 cases with the syndrome of asthenic splenonephro-yang,and 10 cases with the syndrome of hepatopyrexia and pyrophlegm. Conclusions The symptoms such as whose satisfy the condition above act as the main symptoms of syndromes above in schizophrenia（depressed psychosis） in TCM.
