摘　　要：目的观察儿童外伤性白内障摘出联合前段玻璃体切除术效果。方法59例行白内障囊外摘出联合前段玻璃体切除和人工晶状体囊袋内植入，术后平均随访20月。结果脱盲率为100％，脱残率为88.14％，矫正视力>0．5者占71.18％。20．33％有一定程度人工晶状体夹持，5．08％发生后发障。结论本术式是安全的，显著减少了术中及术后并发症，使多数患儿建立了良好的视功能。To review the clinical results of traumatic cataract ex traction with anterior vitrectomy in children . Methods 59 cases wereperformed cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy and IOL implantation in bag. The average followed-up peried is 20 months. Results 100% patients were relieved for blindness . 88. 14% for handicap.Best corrected visual aculty > 0. 5 in 71. 18% cases . IOL capture occurred in 20.33% cases ,secondary cataract was found in 5.08% cases .Conclusion It is a safe procedure to perform cataract extraction withanterior vitrectomy and IOL impantation for traumatic cataract in children .This kind of procedure make a significant reduction of complica tions, perfect visual function were established in most of children
