眼球穿孔伤术前术后房水细菌培养的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性眼内炎中表皮葡萄球菌与眼附属器表面菌群的关系。方法40例眼球穿孔伤，采集睑缘及球结膜分泌物进行细菌培养，同时抽吸眼球穿孔伤术前术后房水细菌培养。结果18例（45％）细菌培养阳性，最多见为表皮葡萄球菌10例（25％），且眼附属器表皮葡萄球菌与房水培养表皮葡萄球菌有相同的药物敏感性。结论眼球穿通伤房水中表皮葡萄球菌来源于眼附属器表面菌群。To explore whether staphylococcus epidermidis leading toposttraumatic endophthalmitis is from the adnexal flora. Methods 40 patients with ruytured globes were admitted to our hospital. Cultures weretaken from the adnexal before and after preoperative disinfection andform the anterior chamber at the beginning and end of wound repair .Results Anterior chamber samples grew miscrooganisms in 18(45% ) of40 eyes. The common microorganism was S. epdermidis The identicalantibiotic sensitivity was found in S. epidermidis from adnexal flora or from the anterior chamber at the time of injury. Conclusions Adnexal flora was the source of microbes introduced into the anterior chamber atthe time of injury.
