摘 要:在高等教育国际化趋势、两岸政治关系日益改善以及闽台高等教育交流不断深入的背景下,两岸学历互认、师资互派、学生互换、课程对接等资源互补方面的议题也相继提上了议事日程。以高教资源互补为切入点,基于要素禀赋理论的视域,考察闽台高校学生互换、学历互认、师资互派、学分对等、课程对接以及技职教育合作等教育资源互补的必要性与可行性,以期对建立闽台高教领域更紧密合作的先行先试有所助益。Diploma recognition,teachers mutually dispatching,students' exchanges,joint teaching and credits equivalency between Taiwan and Mainland have been on agenda in success with the development of internationalization of higher education,cross-strait relations improving and in-depth intercommunication developing in higher education.This article chooses the complementation of higher education as a starting point,analyses the necessity and feasibility of in-depth cooperation in higher education between Taiwan and Fujian such as students exchange,diploma recognition,teachers mutually dispatching,joint teaching and credits equivalency by using Factor Endowment Theory so as to contribute to set up higher education cooperation framework agreement between Taiwan and Mainland.
