摘 要:目的提出国人青少年侧脑室的脑室脑比(VBR)、第三脑室横径、第四脑室横径和前后径的CT测量正常值。方法确立正常人的标准,通过前瞻性研究测量176例青少年脑室系统的大小。结果本组男女脑室对应均值之间的差异均无显著性。据Hahn氏法,VBR1为0.25~0.38;据Mohr氏法,VBR2为0.01~0.20;据吴氏法,第三脑室横径为1.33~3.36mm;据Shapiro氏法,第四脑室横径为8.77~16.51mm,前后径为3.49~9.66mm。结论提出的脑室系统正常值为评价青少年脑室大小提供一项客观量化指标。Objective To measure the normal values of ventricle to brain ratio (VBR), third ventricular width, fourth ventricular lateral and anteroposterior diameter in Chinese juveniles. Method After confirming the normal persons’ standard, the ventricular size of 176 juveniles was measured by using perspective study method. Results The statistical analysis demonstrated that the differences in the mean values of VBR, third ventricular width, fourth ventricular anteroposterior and lateral diameter were not significant between the male and female. According to the methods reported by Hahn and Mohr, VBR 1 and VBR 2 were 0.25 to 0.38 and 0.01 to 0.20 respectively. According to Wu′s method, width of third ventricle was 1.33 mm to 3.36 mm. Fourth ventricular lateral and anteroposterior diameter was 8.77 mm to 16.51 mm and 3.49 mm to 9.66 mm respectively according to Shapiro′s method. Conclusion The measurement results were objective and quantitative markers in evaluating juvenile ventricular size.
