摘　　要：目的：大样本探讨ＣａｔｈｅｐｓｉｎＤ、ｎｍ２３作为乳腺浸润性导管癌术后预后判断指标的可信性。方法：应用免疫组织化学ＳＰ法检测ＣａｔｈｅｐｓｉｎＤ、ｎｍ２３在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达。结果：９４例乳腺浸润性导管癌间质细胞ＣａｔｈｅｐｓｉｎＤ的阳性表达与局部淋巴结转移及远处转移呈正相关，与生存时间呈负相关（Ｐ＜００１）。癌细胞ｎｍ２３阳性表达与局部淋巴结转移和远处转移呈负相关，与生存时间呈正相关（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：ＣａｔｈｅｐｓｉｎＤ，ｎｍ２３可作为乳腺浸润性导管癌术后转移和远期生存率的重要预测指标。Objective:To determine the prognostic value of cathepsin D(CD) and nm23 expression in invasive duct carcinoma of the breast.Methods:Immunohistochemical technique(S P) was used to detect the expressions of CD and nm23 in 94 cases of invasive duct carcinoma of the breast.Results:The results showed that positive expression of CD in stromal cells was positively correlated with regional lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis,and was negatively correlated with 5 year survival ( P <0 01).nm23 was negatively correlated with regional lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis,and was positively correlated with 5 year survival( P <0.01).Conclusion:CD and nm23 were considered important calculable factors for invasive duct carcinoma of the breast in metastasis and distant survival.
