复方珊瑚糊剂用于根管充填的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：评价复方珊瑚糊剂用于根管充填的疗效。方法：采用具有良好生物相容性、抗炎性、骨引导性的复方珊瑚糊剂，共充填２３０牙，其成功率为８７４％。对照组为牙胶尖加丁香油氧化锌糊剂，充填１７０牙，成功率为７８８％。结果：两者比较经χ２值检验，差异有显著性。结论：复方珊瑚糊剂的根充疗效优于牙胶尖。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic results of root canal filling with coral paste.Method:230 canals were filled with coral paste,and the success rate was 87.4%.170 canals in the control group were filled with gutta percha point and zinc oxide eugenol cement,and the success rate was 78.8%.Results:There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The results supported that the effect of coral paste was better than that of gutta percha point.
