摘  要:采用超临界CO2萃取的方法提取北五味子藤茎中挥发油成分,测得其挥发油得率为0.43%,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用的方法对其化学成分进行分析,经计算机NIST02谱库检索及人工解析质谱,共鉴定出1S-α-蒎烯、莰烯、衣兰烯、五味子素等41种成分,并利用峰面积归一化法定量测定它们的相对含量。The volatile oil components from caculis of Schisandra Chinensis(Turcz.)Baill was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction. The content of volatie oil was 0.43%. The chemical components were separated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The data of components were automatically retrieved. By the result of computer NIST02 spectrum library and the artificial analytical mass spectrum,41 components were identified. The important constituents were 1S-α-Pinene,camphene,ylangene and schizandrin. The relative contents were measured by using the normalization method.
