康艾注射液联合吉西他滨治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察康艾注射液联合吉西他滨治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法:选取我院晚期胰腺癌患者100例,随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予以吉西他滨1000mg·m-2,30min内静脉滴注,第1、8、15天,28d为1个周期,共化疗2个周期;治疗组在对照组基础上加用康艾注射液30mL+5%葡萄糖注射液,静脉滴注,bid,28d为1个疗程,连用2个疗程。结果:治疗后,治疗组近期有效率、生存质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组严重不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液联合吉西他滨治疗晚期胰腺癌能够起到良好的增效减毒作用。OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy of enhancing and toxicity reducing of Kang＇ai injection combined with gem- citabine in the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma. METHODS： 100 cases of advanced pancreatic carcinoma patients from our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups equally. The control group was given gemcitabine 1 000 mg.m 2, 30 min, iv.gtt. dl, 8, 15. 28 d for 1 period. Total chemotherapy 2 periods. The treatment group was added given Kang＇ ai injection 30 mL, iv.gtt. bid. 28 d for 1 period. Total chemotherapy 2 periods. RESULTS： Compared with control group, the short-term therapeutic effects, quality of life of treatment group was better（P〈0.05）.The serious ADRs of treatment group was lower than control group（P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Kang＇ ai Injection combined with gemcitabine in the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma has good efficacy of enhancing and toxicity reducing.
