摘 要:为改善储热材料三水醋酸钠凝固过程中存在的过冷和相分层问题,必须添加合适的成核剂和增稠剂。经过研究比较,选用了5种常用的成核剂Na2HPO4·12H2O、Na3PO4·12H2O、NaCO3·10H2O、Na2SiO3·9H2O和Na2B4O7·10H2O,以及3种增稠剂羧甲基纤维素、明胶和聚丙烯酰胺作为添加剂来改善其相变储热性能。以三水醋酸钠作为贮能基质,成核剂和增稠剂通过自由组合配置试样,并进行了蓄放热实验。最终找到几种能显著改进三水醋酸钠相变特性的添加剂配方,并对这些配方的质量配比进行了实验研究,得到了两组最佳用量配方。In order to solve the problem of supercooling and phase segregation of sodium acetate trihydrate during solidification, it is necessary to add appropriate nucleating agent and thickeners. Five commonly used nucle- ating agents, i.e. Na2HPO4·12H2O·Na3PO4·12H2O,Na2CO3·10H2O,Na2SiO3·9H2O and Na2B4O7·10H2O, three thickeners, including carboxymethyl cellulose and gelatin, and polyacrylamide were selected as additives to improve the phase-change energy storage property after the research and comparison. Sodium ace-tate trihydrate as an energy storage medium, nucleating agent and thickeners were assorted randomly to configure sample. The heat storage-release experiment was conducted. Finally several effective additives are developed, and the mass ratio of these formulas were studied experimentally. The best two dosage formulations were found.
