摘　　要：学科建设是高校建设和发展的核心。为促进学科建设以及学科建设的可持续发展,高校应建立由功能、结构要素和工作方法所组成的竞争情报系统。利用竞争情报理论和方法,通过规划、收集、分析加工、服务和评估等环节,对高校学科建设面临的发展环境以及竞争对手进行分析,提出相应学科建设和发展的竞争策略。The discipline construction is the core of university construction and development.For sustainable development of discipline construction,universities should establish a competitive intelligence system,composed of the function,structure and working methods.Use of competitive intelligence theory and methods,as planning,collection,analysis processing,services and evaluation,analyse development environment and competitors,proposed competitive strategy for discipline construction and development of university.
