从三大索引收录看高校科研绩效——基于河北6所高校的案例分析

摘　　要：选取河北省6所有博士点的高校为研究对象,以6所学校2004-2008年度被三大索引收录的学术论文为统计范围,用文献计量学方法统计分析了各高校科研发展的总体情况,以此推断出全省科研的发展现状,学术水平和学术地位,找出我省高校之间在科研水平方面的差距,旨在为全省高校科研的发展提供参考,也为各高校相互借鉴、合理制定科技发展战略,给与数据支持。结果表明:(1)2004-2008年河北省高校被三大索引收录的学术论文总体呈持续稳定快速增长趋势;(2)省内高校之间的科研实力、科研水平存在明显差异。Six representative universities from Hebei Province were chosen as the study subjects for investigation.Statistical analysis was carried out concerning these institutions＇ academic essays,especially those recorded by the three major retrieval systems（SCI/EI/ISTP）during 2004-2008.Based on bibliometrics,a general scientific research situation of these institutions has been observed,including their academic level and their ranking positions,discovering some significant differences between one another in their scientific research development.Causes for these differences have been analyzed,and improvement measures have been suggested,which provided a valuable reference and numerical support for the universities to make their rational plans for the development of science and technology.The results showed that（1）a sustainable and rapid development tendency has been shown in the academic essays recorded by SCI,EI and ISTP during 2004-2008.（2）Significant differences were revealed among the universities in their scientific research development.
