摘  要:[目的]研究白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,Res)对食管癌Eca109细胞的抑制作用。[方法]将食管癌Eca109细胞分为4组:Res1组、Res2组、Res3组和对照组,Res浓度分别为10、20、40和0μmol/L。用MTT法测定Res对Eca109细胞的抑制作用,采用RT-PCR方法检测Eca109细胞Caspase-3、Fas基因表达情况。[结果]10μmol/LRes处理24h对Eca109细胞有明显的抑制作用;20μmol/LRes处理48h后抑制作用达到极显著水平。20μmol/L和40μmol/LRes处理72h,Eca109细胞Caspase-3、Fas基因表达明显高于对照。[结论]Res可显著抑制Eca109细胞增殖,Res可通过促进食管癌细胞株中Caspase-3、Fas的表达发挥其抗肿瘤作用。[Objective] To study the inhibitory function of Resveratrol on Esophageal Cancer Cells Eca109.[Methods] Eca109 cells were divided into four groups:Res1 group,Res2 group,Res3 group and control group.The concentration of Res were 10μmol /L、 20 μmol /L and 40μmol /L in Res1,Res2 and Res3 groups,respectively.There were not Res in control group.The inhabitation effect of Res on the growth of Eca109 was determined by MTT method.The expression of Caspase-3 and Fas gene was determined by RT-PCR.[Results] 10μmol /L Res can inhibit the growth of Eca109 significantly after treated 24h.20μmol /L Res can inhibit the growth very significantly after treated 48h.The expression of Caspase-3 and Fas gene is significantly higher than that of control group after treatment for 72h by 40μmol /L and 20 μmol /L Res.[Conclusion] Res can inhibit the growth of Eca109.Res have anticancer functions because it can increase the expression of Caspase-3 and Fas gene.
