摘 要:[目的]探讨口腔肿瘤病人ABO血型分布特点,为相关研究积累资料。[方法]搜集附院口腔肿瘤病人175例(男125人,女50人),与对照组人群资料进行比较分析。差异性比较用χ2检验。[结果]口腔肿瘤病人血型分布特点是A型43例(占24.6℅),B型47例(占26.9℅),O型75例(占42.9℅),AB型10例(占5.7℅),与对照组血型比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.315,P=0.346)。男女口腔肿瘤病人分别与对照组各血型比较患病危险率,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]口腔肿瘤病人血型分布特点为O﹥B﹥A﹥AB,男性口腔肿瘤易感性远大于女性。口腔肿瘤的发生与年龄正相关。[Objective] To explore the distributive of ABO blood in mouth tumor patients and provide scientific basis for related research.[Methods] A total of 175 cases(90 males and 75 females) of mouth tumor patients were collected,and compared with the controls.Chi-square test was used for analysis.[Results] The distributive of blood type in mouth tumor patients were as follows:43 cases were type A(24.6℅),47cases were type B(26.9℅),75 cases were type O(42.9℅),and 10 cases were type AB(5.7℅).There was no significant difference between the blood type in tumor group and controls.The relative risk of blood type in patients did not show significant difference compared with controls(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion] The distributive of blood type in mouth tumor patients were O﹥B﹥A﹥AB,males are more easy to get month tumor than females.The tumor is related to age.
