摘  要:用摇瓶试验对金针菇菌丝体在淀粉废水中培养的营养条件进行了研究。结果表明,利用淀粉废水进行金针菇液体发酵的最适营养条件为: 经液化处理的淀粉废水, 加 K H2 P O4025 g/100 m L, Mg S O4·7 H2 O005g/100 m L, V B1150μg/ L, V B250μg/ L,p H540 。测定了该营养条件下菌体的生长曲线及发酵过程中培养基残糖的变化。发酵周期为7d ,发酵终点生物量达208 g/100 m L, C O D 去除率为708 % 。The nutrition requirement of submerged culture of Flammulina velatipes in starch processing wastewater by flask was studied.The results showed that the optimal formulation of the medium was the liquefied wastewater with the addition of KH 2PO 4 0 25 g/100 mL,MgSO 4.7H 2O 0.05 g/100 mL,V B1 150 μg/L,V B2 50μg/L,the pH was adjusted to 5.40.Growth curve of the microorganism under the nutrition condition was described,and retaining sugars of the medium during fermentation were investigated.The span of fermentation was 7 days.At the end of fermentation,the biomass yield reached 2.08 g/100 mL,and 70.8% COD of the wastewater was removed by the microorganism.
