摘　　要：如今,业务模式比以往任何时候都重要。现在的竞争已经不单纯是某一个环节、某一项职能的竞争,而是作为整体的业务模式的竞争。讨论了业务模式对企业的重要性,并且指出了制造企业业务模式的发展趋势——价值网取代传统的供应链,并分析了供应链与价值网的区别所在。未来的企业将会创造更加复杂、多维、高度整合的价值网来构建自己的竞争优势。Nowadays,the business model is much more important than ever before.Now the competition does not simply contain one aspect of the loop or just a particular function,but is a competition as a overall business model.This research discussed the importance of the enterprise business model and pointed out the development trend of business model of manufacturing enterprises——value network replaced the traditional supply chain,as well as analyzed the difference between supply chain and value network.Future enterprises will create more complex,multidimensional,and highly integrated value network to build their competitive advantage.
