摘　　要：国家早在1985年就制定了《中华人民共和国会计法》,并经多次修改完善,形成了当代中国的会计法规,中国广大的会计人员在中国经济、社会发展过程中扮演了举足轻重的作用。事业单位作为为社会发展服务的以公益目的存在的机构,在会计制度的执行和具体统筹管理方面存在诸多问题。Accounting Law of the People＇s Republic of China, established in 1985 and revised, has become an important law in accounting. The Chinese accounting personnel are playing an important role in China＇s economy and social development. There exist many problems in the canting out and management of the public institution, whose aim is to serve the public.
