摘　　要：以湖南省科学技术信息研究所面向湖南省工程机械产业整体获取竞争优势的需要,以及湖南省工程机械产业提供产业竞争情报服务为例,展示产业竞争情报系统构建方法和过程。从需求分析,信息源确定,软件选型与设计,信息采集、分析与提供,反馈评估优化5个方面介绍产业竞争情报系统构建过程与要点。其中主要介绍该系统构建实际操作部分:系统工作流程确定、系统主要功能模块、运行情况三方面的内容。The construction methods and process of industrial competitive intelligence system are described by taking engineering mechanical industry for instance,to get the competitive advantages for this industry supported by science and technology information research institute of Hunan Province.It mainly introduces the demand analysis,information sources acquisition,software design,data collection and analysis to explain the construction process and points of this system.In the construction practice of competitive intelligence system in engineering mechanical industry of Hunan Province,the process is showed which includes making workflows,designing functional modules and keeping operation.
