摘　　要：针对武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥特殊的结构形式和受力特点,该桥钢桁梁支座采用特制的TXZ系列滑板式铰轴支座,综述该类型支座的结构形式、技术性能、工作原理和技术特点。该类型支座由上摆、铰轴、下摆、摩擦副、底座及锚固装置6部分组成,承担从钢桁梁到桥墩的荷载传递作用,能满足桥梁自重及活载引起的转动及温度、列车制动等因素引起的位移。摩擦副采用在盆式支座中成熟运用的滑动摩擦副,摩擦副滑板采用改性超高分子量聚乙烯,轴瓦加工时采用激光校准数控落地镗床进行180°调转加工。实践证明该类型支座设计合理,工作状况良好。The purpose-made TXZ series hinged sliding plate bearings were used for the steel truss girder of Wuhan Tianxingzhou Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge in the light of the special structural type and mechanical behavior of the bridge. A summarized accounted of the structural type, technical performance, working principles and technical characteristics of the bearings is presented herewith. A bearing of such type is mainly made up of six parts of the upper pendulum, hinge axle, lower pendulum, frictional set, base plate and anchoring device. The bearing can carry the load transferring from the steel truss girder to the piers and can accommodate the rotation caused by the dead load and live load of the bridge and also the displacement induced by the temperature and train braking forces. The frictional set used in the bearing is the sliding frictional set having been already maturely used in the pot bearing, the sliding plate of the frictional set is the one of the modified super high molecular weight polyethylene and the bearing bushing is processed by 180° turn by the laser-calibrated numerically-controlled floor type boring machine. Practice proves that the design of the bearings is rational and the working conditions of the bearings are quite good.
