摘　　要：目的：探讨细胞周期素依赖性激酶抑制剂p27kip1、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及临床意义.方法：应用免疫组织化学SP法检测120例非小细胞肺癌的p27kipl及VEGF表达情况,结合临床资料进行分析.结果：p27Kipl随着肿瘤分级、分期增高（恶性程度增高）,阳性表达率逐渐下降,而VEGF的表达则相反,两者在肿瘤中的表达呈负相关（r= -0.327,p=0.000）.结论：p27kipl和VEGF在非小细胞肺癌中的表达与患者的临床分期及淋巴结转移有关,可作为非小细胞肺癌预后的参考指标.Objective To investigate the expression of p27kipl and VEGF in non--small cell lung carcinoma（NSCLC） and its clinical significance. Methods p27kipl and VEGF expressions were detected in 120 specimens and by SP of immunohistochemistry. The-results were analyzed in relation to the clinical data. Results The expression of p27kipl protein decreased gradually as increasing of the grade（the increasing of malignancy） （ P 〈0.05）. And the expression of VEGF protein appeared in a reverse way（ P〈0.01）. Their expression had a negative correlation between each other （r= -0. 327, P =0, 000） Conclusions The expression of p27kipl and VEGF in NSCLC correlates with the clinical stage and the metastasis of axillary lymph node and can be used as the marker of patient＇s prognosis.
