摘 要:目的:研究每日具体化健康教育干预对产后产妇行为的影响.方法:将100例产妇分为干预和对照组.干预组:由责任护士据每日具体化健康教育内容进行指导,逐步达标,再由责任组长每日考评产妇和家属掌握程度,从而进行必要的补充和修正偏差.对照组只由责任护士独立完成,没有制定每日健康教育目标.观察两组产妇健康知识的知晓率、自理能力、护理新生儿技能的掌握率.结果:干预组产妇健康知识的知晓率、自理能力、护理新生儿技能的掌握率优于对照组P〈0.05、P〈0.01.结论:每日具体化健康教育干预,可提高产妇健康知识知晓率;增强产妇自我照顾和护理新生儿能力,尽快进入母亲角色.Objective:To study the impact of daily specific health education intervention on the postpartum parturient behavior. Methods: 100 par- turient were divided into two groups. The intervention group was guided by the responsible nurse with the daily specific health education, and met the standards gradually. The responsible leader evaluated the skill of the parturient and their family members, and then the necessary supplement was made. The control group was nursed only by the responsible nurses and no daily health education objective was established. The consciousness of health knowledge, the self--care ability and the mastery of the skill of newborn nursing of the parturient in both the groups were observed. Results: The consciousness of health knowledge, the self--care ability and the mastery of the skill of newborn nursing of the parturient in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group, with P〈0.05,p〈0.01. [Conclusion] The intervention of daily specific health education can improve the health knowledge and buildup the ability of self--care and newborn nursing of the parturient, which make them to act asmothers: as soon as possible.
