一种基于大功率LED的光源可控的PDT反应室设计与实现

摘　　要：以光动力疗法基本知识为背景,根据光动力疗法的需求,设计了一个光功率便于调节的PDT反应室,首先,对PDT反应室中关键部分,产生光波的光源进行了研究与分析,对比各种光源的优缺点,确定了本设计要采用的光源——大功率LED;然后对反应室的电源电路,控制电路和LED驱动电路进行设计,用桥堆整流加电容滤波的原理制作出一个直流电源,为后续电路提供稳定的直流电压;采用单片机编程,通过键盘输入,控制输出高低电平的时间来控制LED驱动芯片的使能端,从而控制LED的点亮与熄灭的时间;选用芯片DD311作为本设计的LED驱动芯片,通过调节电路中的可调电阻,可调节LED的亮度,从而改变PDT反应室的提供的光照度。最后,对本装置的主要技术指标进行了测量。According to the demand of PDT,with the basic knowledge of PDT,a light radiation chamber used in the PDT which is simple and convenient are designed.After the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of some kinds of light which is the important part of the light reaction room,the high power LED is adopted.The power circuit is based on the principle of the bridge pile rectification and the electric capacity filter,providing the stable DC voltage for the control circuit and the drive circuit.The lasting time of the high and low voltage is controlled by the control circuit according to the SCM（Single Chip Microcomputer） with the keyboard and time program,The voltage dominate the enable pin of the LED drive chip,thus dominate the LED radiation,the LED drive chip DD311 is adopted which is planned to used in the drive circuit.The LED radiation power can be changed by adjusting the resistance in the drive circuit.At last,the Parameters of this light radiation room are measured.
