金沉积烤瓷冠应用于前牙修复的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨金沉积烤瓷冠应用于前牙修复的临床价值。方法:84例患者被随分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用金沉积烤瓷冠治疗,对照组采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复。比较两组戴入时及戴入烤瓷冠24个月后的冠边缘的密合度、冠折裂、崩瓷情况、颜色及牙龈边缘染色等。结果:包括边缘适合性、牙周组织健康、牙龈染色、颜色等镍铬合金烤瓷冠都低于金沉积烤瓷冠,差异有统计学意义。结论:金沉积烤瓷冠对于前牙的修复效果肯定,可以作为前牙修复的首选修复方法。Objective：To explore the gold deposits ceramometal crown restoration applied to clinical value of front teeth. Methods：Eighty-four cases of patients were divided into group and control group with the group using gold deposition ceramometal crown treatment group using nickel chrome ceramometal crown restoration. Compare two sets of wear fashionable and wear into ceramometal crown 2 four months after the champions league, crown the edges of the secret eleven - bus jackknifing, collapse porcelain situation, color and gum edge dyeing etc. Results ： In color, and gingival dyeing and periodontal tissue health, edge suitability, etc. ,gold deposits obviously superior to ceramometa] crown nickel chrome ceramometal crown （ P 〈 0.05） ;In ceramic fracture porcelain crack ,there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion ： Gold deposition ceramometal crown restoration application in front teeth are safe and effective, and is good restoration and worth in clinical application and promotion.
