摘 要:[目的]优选板栗苞多酚的提取条件。[方法]以板栗苞为原料,研究提取剂、提取剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度和料液比等单因素对其多酚物质提取效果的影响,并通过正交试验确定了从板栗苞中提取多酚物质的最优方案。[结果]板栗苞多酚的最佳提取条件为:用40%乙醇溶液,料液比为1∶20,在温度为80℃的水浴中浸提120 m in。按此提取条件,单宁提取率可达71.53%,单宁含量为49.83%。[结论]从板栗苞中提取多酚物质是可行的,且原料易得,对其大量利用具有重要的经济和社会意义。[Objective]The condition of the polyphenol extracted from chestnut shell was preferred through the experiment.[Method] The effect of extraction solvent and its concentration,the extraction time and temperature,the ratio of solid to liquid and other factors on the extraction of polyphenol from chestnut shell as raw material was researched with the orthogonal experimental method for the optimal design of experimental factor.[Result]The best extracting condition of the polyphenol from chestnut shell was that the concentration of ethanol solution was 40%;the ratio of solid to liquid,1∶20;and the temperature of water-bathing,80 ℃ for 120 minutes' extraction,under which condition,the extraction amount of tannins was up to 71.53% and the content of tannin was 49.83%.[Conclusion] The extraction of the polyphenol from chestnut shell was feasible and it was really available for raw material,which had important economic and social significance in its extensive use.
