摘　　要：通过文献资料、视频观察、调查访问和运动生物力学分析等研究方法较为深入的研究了我国优秀运动员梁富亮完成的单杠直体后空翻2周转体360°下的技术特点和运动学规律,为我国年轻运动员改进该动作并继续发展和改进直体后空翻2周转体720°、1080°下,提供理论依据和可供参考的技术参数,对于提高我国单杠的技术水平有一定的参考意义。By means of documents,video observation,surveys and sports biomechanics analysis,this paper reveals the technical features and the kinematic rules of the double layout salto backward with 1 twist to stand in horizontal bar gymnastics by Liang Fuliang,a Chinese outstanding athlete,and provides for Chinese young athletes theoretical basis and technical references for the improvement of this movement and the development of double layout salto backward with 2 twists and 3 twists to stand,which has realistic meaning for improving the technical level of Chinese horizontal bar gymnastics.
