摘 要:本文采用多核细胞检测法(CB法),研究了60Co γ射线照射离体人血所诱发的体细胞HPRT基因位点的突变频率。实验结果表明,0~50 Gy γ射线可诱发HPRT基因位点突变,HPRT基因位点突变的频率随照射剂量增加而升高,突变频率Y(10- 3) 与照射剂量D(Gy)间可拟合为Y=The frequency of HPRT site mutation induced in vitro by 60 Co γ rays in human blood cells and its dose effect relationship were investigated using a more simple, rapid and sensitive polynuclear cell assay. The results show that the frequency of HPRT site mutation induced by 0~5.0 Gy of γ rays was significantly higher than that for control. The frequency of HPRT site mutation is increased lineally with doses and could be represented in a lineal model Y =0 903+0 869 D . (
