摘　　要：[目的]观察生存素(survivin)和KISS-1基因编码产物metastin在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。[方法]应用免疫组化法检测90例胃癌组织和癌周正常组织中survivin和metastin表达水平,并分析两者表达与胃癌临床特征间的关系。[结果]Survivin在正常胃组织中阳性表达率为0(0/90),在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为74.4%(67/90),两者比较有显著性差异(χ2=106.7257,P<0.01)。Metastin在正常胃组织中阳性表达率为71.1%(64/90),在胃癌组织中的表达率为35.6%(32/90),两者比较有显著性差异(χ2=22.8571,P<0.01)。Survivin表达水平与胃癌浆膜浸润、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),metastin表达水平与胃癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。[结论]Survivin和metastin可作为判断胃癌生物学特性和预后的指标。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of survivin and metastin in gastric carcinoma and its significance. [Methods] The expression of survivin and metastin in 90 cases gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry method. The relationship of survivin and metastin expression with clinical features was analyzed. [Results] The positive rate of survivin in gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was 74.4% （67/90） and 0（0/90）, respectively, with significant difference （χ2=106.7257, P0.01）. The positive rate of metastin in gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was 35.6%（32/90） and 71.1%（64/90） respectively, with significant difference （χ2=22.8571,P0.01）. The positive expression of survivin in gastric carcinoma was related to serosa infiltration, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis （P0.05）. The positive expression of metastin in gastric carcinoma was related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis （P0.05）. [Conclusion] Survivin and metastin may be as markers for predicting biological characters and prognosis in gastric carcinoma.
