摘 要:在一些独立电网或微网中,故障时系统频率的波动往往较大,此时频率的变化对系统分析的影响已不能被忽略。以海南独立电网为研究对象,应用兼顾负荷频率特性的模型结构来辨识负荷模型参数,并在原负荷模型和实测负荷模型2种情况下,将该电网故障时系统频率的仿真结果与实测频率进行比较,验证了计及负荷频率特性进行参数辨识的合理性。在此基础上,利用摄动法分析了实测负荷模型各参数对系统动态过程中频率的影响程度。最后利用上述分析结论对实测负荷模型的参数范围进行了调整,并利用调整后的参数再次仿真,结果表明了该方法的有效性。When faults occurred in small sized isolated power systems or microgrids,frequency fluctuations are always large.Consequently the impact of the frequency deviations on secure system operations can not be ignored most of the time.Hainan power grid in both intergrated and separated modes are used in this research.A new method is proposed for load parameter identification considering its frequency characteristics.Both static load model and measured-based load model are used in the case studies.The simulated system frequency when fault occurred in the systems are compared with the frequency measurements.The comparison results demonstrate that it is reasonable to consider the frequency characteristics of load for load parameter identification.Based on this load model,perturbation theory is used to analyze the measurement based load model parameter impact on frequency during system transients.Subsequently,parameter adjustment can be carried out,and the dynamic system's frequency characteristic curve can be simulated with the adjusted identified parameters.As such,the identification accuracy can be improved.The method presented is shown to be effective by case studies with field measurement data.
