摘  要:目的 探讨温州地区人群中细胞色素P450酶(cytochrome P4501A1,CYP1A1)基因MSP I多态性与子宫内膜癌(en-dometrial cancer)遗传易感性的关系.方法 应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析技术(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP)对53例子宫内膜癌患者和96例对照组人员进行了CYP1A1基因MSP I多态性的检测,分析该基因多态性与子宫内膜癌患病风险的关系.结果 子宫内膜癌组CYP1A1基因MSP I多态性位点基因型频率及等位基因频率分别为:TT(5417%)、CC(5.7%)、TC(39.6%);T(74.5%)、C(25.5%).对照组分别为TT(32.3%)、CC(12.5%)、TC(55.2%);T(59.9%)、C(40.1%).内膜癌组和对照组的基因型差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),子宫内膜癌组等位基因C的频率低于对照组.结论 CYP1A1基因MSP I位点多态性的存在可能与子宫内膜癌易感性有关.Objective To assess the role of gene polymorphisms of metabolic enzyme Cytochrome P450 1A1 (CYP1A1) in the risk of developing endometrial cancer for the people living in Wenzhou area, Methods The study was performed to compare the CYP1A1-MSP I polymorphism sites of 53 endometrial cancer patients with that of 96 frequency-matched controls by using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism. Results The distribution frequences of genotype of CYP1A1-MSP I site of the endometrial cancer group were TT(54.7%), CC(5.7%), TC(39.6%), and the frequences of allelic gene were T (74.5%), C (25.5%).While the distribution frequences of genotype of CYP1A1-MSP I site of the control group were TT (32.3%), CC(12.5%), TC(55.2%), and the of allelic gene were T(59.9%), C(40.1%). The ratio of genotype in endometrial cancer group had significant difference with the control group, and the frequence of allelic gene of C in the endometrial cancer group was lower than the control group, Conclusion There may be some relationship between the individualism of CYP1A1-MSP I site polvmorphism and susceptibility of endometrial cancer.
