亲子依恋在儿童期虐待经历与青少年抑郁间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨亲子依恋在儿童期虐待经历与青少年抑郁间的中介作用。方法:采用青少年依恋问卷(IPPA)、儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ)和儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC),完成了736名初中生的问卷调查。结果:男性青少年儿童期虐待分高于女性。儿童期虐待和青少年的抑郁呈正相关(r=0.408,P<0.01),与父、母依恋呈负相关(分别r=-0.417,-0.544,P<0.01);母亲依恋和父亲依恋之间呈正相关(r=0.604,P<0.01),均与抑郁呈负相关(均r=-0.426,P<0.01)。亲子依恋在男性和女性青少年儿童期虐待经历和抑郁间均起部分中介作用。结论:青少年男性受虐高于女性,亲子依恋在儿童期虐待经历和抑郁间起部分中介作用。Objective：To explore the mediation of parent attachment between childhood abuse and adolescent depression.Methods：736 junior school students were surveyed with Childhood Trauma Questionnaire（CTQ）,Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment（IPPA） and Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children（DSRSC）.Results：The scores of childhood abuse was higher in male than in female（which was 33.29±7.89 and 31.05±6.01 respectively,P0.01）.Childhood abuse had a positive correlation with adolescent depression（r=0.408,P0.01）,while a negative correlation with mother and father attachment（r=-0.544,-0.417,respectively,P0.01）.There was a positive correlation between mother attachment and father attachment（r=0.604,P0.01）,and both of them had negative correlation with adolescent depressive disorder（both r=-0.426,P0.01）.Parent attachment plays a partial mediation role in the relationship between childhood abuse and adolescent depression.Conclusion：Male adolescents suffer more maltreatment than female adolescents.Parent attachment plays a partial mediator role between childhood abuse and adolescent depression.
