摘　　要：在分析工程应用型人才培养现状的基础上,对工程应用型人才的特征和培养目标进行了探究,针对培养高素质工程应用型人才的实际需要,从加大学科、专业、课程、师资队伍等教学基本建设,创新人才培养模式等方面提出了地方本科院校培养高素质工程应用型人才的途径。Based on the analysis of the current situation on the training of application-oriented Talents,the paper probes into the characteristics and training objectives of application-oriented talents.In accordance with the actual demands of the high-qualified and application-oriented talents of engineering,it proposes the training approaches for the talents in local undergraduate universities from the aspects of strengthening the infrastructure construction of teaching in discipline,major,curriculum,faculty etc and innovating talents training mode.
