摘　　要：肝细胞性肝癌经皮精确消融治疗是一个全新的概念,其特点是利用已知的各种先进技术手段包括影像引导、化学消融和热消融、各种辅助手段、超声造影等,对消融治疗的各个环节进行精准控制,最终实现完全毁损肿瘤,而且做到对邻近组织损伤最小。该文对肝癌精准消融治疗术前计划、治疗技术手段等内容作一介绍,以供临床医师参考。Percutaneous precise ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma is a brand-new concept,the characteristic of which is using various advanced technologies（including imaging guide,chemical and thermal ablation,various kinds of subsidiary methods and contrast-enhanced ultrasound） in each step to guarantee exact ablation and total removal of tumor,with minimum damage to adjacent tissues.This article introduced the pretreatment planning and treatment technology of percutaneous precise ablation,which is useful for clinicians＇ reference.
