组织支持感受测量中的词汇效应:多质多法分析

摘　　要：通过研究探索组织支持感受量表的结构,对某企业391名员工测量结果的探索性因素分析,发现量表反向记分条目存在词汇效应。验证性因素分析和多质多法分析发现在量表结构的总变异中,方法变异对特质变异有重要影响,同时分析了词汇效应存在的可能原因以及开发中国文化背景下的组织支持感受量表的必要性。The present research explored the construct of Perceived Organizational Support(POS).Using a sample of 391 employees,the exploratory factor analysis(EFA) indicated that wording effect exists in negatively worded items.A confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) and multitrait-multimethod(MTMM) were used to evaluate the effect of item wording.The results indicated that method effects associated with negatively worded items were significant.Method variance has important effect on total variance of POS.The research not only explored the cause of wording factor but also suggested the necessity to develop Chinese scale of POS.
