摘　　要：基于已有ITO风险理论研究成果,从ITO中的关系风险和运行风险出发指出组织进行IT外包所面临的14种风险,通过对金融业、制造业、软件业、电信业、政府及公用事业等行业进行问卷调研,运用主成分分析提炼出关键风险指标,并据此计算各样本在主成分上的得分值,通过聚类分析对样本进行分类,从中归纳出不同行业ITO伙伴关系中的风险特征并探讨了风险形成的可能原因。Business will face the huge risk when they form competitive advantages by IT outsourcing.With the development of ITO,more and more organizations treat the ITO as part of business strategies and partnership has become a new trend.After analyzing the existing theories of ITO risk,14 kinds of possible risks in the ITO partnership were listed according to relationship risk and operation risk.By investigating risks in many industries,such as finance,manufacturing,software,telecommunications,government departments and public utilities with questionnaire,the critical index were refined through principle analysis.After clustering individual samples by principal component analysis,the characteristics of risks in industries were concluded and the possible reasons were analyzed.
