摘　　要：基于联系效应的视角对广东省全部内企和国有企业外商直接投资的溢出效应进行分位数回归分析,经研究发现:FDI对内资企业的水平溢出效应呈U型的"门槛效应";前向关联的溢出效应在中级及以下分位水平上的内资企业中表现出显著的负向作用,并随着生产率水平的提高得到改善,呈逐渐增大的趋势;内资企业通过与外资企业建立后向关联,在各个分位水平上均获得了正向的溢出效应,后向关联是FDI技术溢出效应的主要渠道。与内资企业相比,FDI对国有企业的溢出效应在溢出渠道和边际溢出效应方面表现出一定的差异性。Based on the angle of linkage effect,the paper analyzes the spillover effects of foreign direct investment on domestic enterprises and state-owned enterprises in Guangdong Province by using the quantile regression.The research finds that the effect of horizontal spillover on domestic enterprises is U-＂threshold effect＂.It has notable negative effects on the small and middle-sized firms through forward linkage spillover channel.And with the improvement of productivity,it shows a gradually increasing trend.Domestic enterprises have promoted the productivity through the backward linkages with foreign companies in various quantile levels,and the backward linkage is the main channel of technology spillover.There is a certain difference between FDI＇s technology spillover on state-owned enterprises and that on completely domestic enterprises in the channel of technology spillover and marginal spillover effect.
