摘 要:[目的]探讨观察阶段性教育法在心胸外科学生预防感染知识掌握中的效果。[方法]选取2009年7月~2010年6月于某院心胸外科进行实习的100名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规带教法组)50名和观察组(阶段性教育法组)50名,后将两组学生带教前后的理论知识评分、操作评分、老师对学生平时感染预防意识的评估及学生自我感觉感染预防意识评估进行统计及比较。[结果]经比较,带教后观察组的理论知识评分、操作知识评分均高于对照组,老师对学生平时感染预防意识的评分及学生自我感觉感染预防意识评分显著高于对照组,P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01,有显著性差异或有非常显著性差异。[结论]阶段性教育法在加强心胸外科学生预防感染知识掌握中效果较好,值得推广应用。[Objective] To study the effects of stage education in mastering infection knowledge of cardiothoracic surgery students. [Methods] 100 cardiothoracic surgery students in our hospital from July 2009 to June 2010 were selected as research subjects, and all the students were randomly divided into control group (routine teaching group) 50 cases and observation group (stage education group) 50 cases, then the theoretical knowledge score, operation score, evaluation from the teachers about the preventive consciousness on infection of the students and the preventive consciousness on infection of the students’ self-evaluation before and after the teaching were analyzed and compared. [Results] The theoretical knowledge score and operation score of the observation group after the teaching were higher than those of the control group, and the evaluation from the teachers about preventive consciousness on infection of the students and the preventive consciousness of infection of the students′ self-evaluation were significantly higher than those of the control group, P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01, there were significant or very significant differences. [Conclusion] The effects of stage education in mastering infection knowledge of cardiothoracic surgery students is better, and is worthy of popularization and application.
